The Busy Mum’s 2018 Weekly Diet Meal Plan

Happy New Year everyone! 2018 is finally here which can only mean one thing… Time for me to diet! I looked high and low for a decent meal plan that didn’t take to much prep as I’m a busy mum. Sadly everything I saw looked great but would have been quite costly and time-consuming to make. I decided to come up with my own weekly diet meal plan.

With being a busy mum dieting and working out can be a pain in the bum but with this simple and healthy weekly meal plan, you could be shedding the pounds in no time. I will also be sure to do a post about my workout schedule for anyone who would be interested in it.

Slimfast has always been my go-to meal supplement because let’s face it if done the right way it works great and tastes pretty nice too. So as I was walking around the supermarket today I picked some up and got myself a shaker too… Because no one likes lumps in their shakes.

I replace 2 meals a day using Slimfast because it’s quick and simple to use. You just add 250ml skimmed milk into a shaker, add 2 level scoops of Slimfast, shake it up and your good to go. You’re not here to read me waffle of about Slimfast (Mmm waffles lol) so let’s jump into my meal plan.

Monday:

  • Breakfast: Slimfast.
  • Dinner: Chicken or Turkey breast and some salad with no dressing (My meal fits on a tea plate).
  • Tea: Slimfast.
  • Supper: A piece of fruit and a tall glass of water.

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast: Slimfast.
  • Dinner: Egg salad (On a tea plate).
  • Tea: Slimfast.
  • Supper: Some homemade apple chips and a tall glass of water.

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast: Slimfast.
  • Dinner: Half a stake and salad (on a small tea plate)
  • Tea: Slimfast.
  • Supper: 3 sticks of celery with organic peanut butter on and a small glass of water.

Thursday:

  • Breakfast: Slimfast.
  • Dinner: Egg salad (On a tea plate).
  • Tea: Slimfast.
  • Supper: Piece of fruit and a tall glass of water.

Friday:

  • Breakfast: Slimfast.
  • Dinner: Chicken breast and vegetables (On a tea plate).
  • Tea: Slimfast.
  • Supper: Banana chips and a tall glass of water.

Saturday:

  • Breakfast: Slimfast.
  • Dinner: Plain Omelette.
  • Tea: Slimfast.
  • Supper: Piece of fruit and a tall glass of water.

Sunday (My treat day lol):

  • Breakfast: A waffle.
  • Dinner: Half a stake and salad (On a tea plate).
  • Tea: Slimfast.
  • Supper: Banana chips and a tall glass of water.
